Submission Requirements:

  • Articles should typically be between 500–2,500 words

  • Submissions must be the author's original work

  • Content should be accurate, well-researched, and appropriately referenced where applicable

  • Writing should be professional, accessible, and suitable for an educated general audience

  • AI-assisted writing may be used, but authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the final submission

Editorial Process:

All submissions will undergo editorial review. The Nesbit Institute reserves the right to:

  • Edit submissions for clarity, style, grammar, and formatting

  • Request revisions prior to publication

  • Decline submissions that do not align with our standards or mission

Authors must:

  • Disclose any conflicts of interest

  • Ensure all information presented is truthful and appropriately sourced

  • Obtain permission for any copyrighted material, images, or figures used

Articles should be submitted in Word (.doc or .docx) or PDF format. Submissions must include a cover page with the author’s name, title, professional affiliation (if applicable), qualifications/credentials (if applicable), a short biography (20-80 words), and a contact email. Manuscripts should be in a clear, legible font (e.g., Times New Roman, Helvetica, Arial), size 12, and double spaced.
